The location of this hotel is really close to a pleasant garden and Sizewell beach, which is incredible. the breakfast was perfect with proper local sausages, and the staff was very amiable.

The breakfast at The Garden Room was perfect and great, particularly the proper local sausages. The location is extremely peaceful and ideal, set in a friendly area. We also enjoyed having tea and goodies at Simply Delicious, which is just a kilometer away from the hotel.

The hotel's perfect location next to Leiston, the garden, and Sizewell beach, as well as its proximity to RSPB Minsmere, made it an ideal spot to explore the area. , being just a short stroll from Leiston Film Theatre was convenient for entertainment.
